How we work

Six stages, and clinical review built into three of them.

Changes are cheap early and expensive late. The schedule is built so the science is settled before the pixels are.

01

Scope and science | Design A Fixture

We start with the technique guide, CAD, published data, and the decision the viewer must make. Before animation, we agree what is clinically defensible and what the film must accomplish.

02

Storyboard | Design A Fixture

Beat-by-beat boards attach the scientific claim to each shot. Clinical sign-off happens before we build because this is the cheapest place to change direction.

03

Greybox and blocking | Design A Fixture

Untextured animation locks timing and camera while anatomy, sequence, and instrument handling receive their final inexpensive review.

04

Look development | Design A Fixture

Lighting, materials, and cinematography separate a memorable film from a technically correct one. The brand system drives the palette.

05

Final and derivatives | Design A Fixture

Master delivery includes the congress loop, rep tablet, social, and investor cuts planned during storyboard rather than after final.

06

Reuse | Design A Fixture

The asset library stays live. The next film, interactive explorer, and AR module start from what already exists instead of starting from zero.

Have a procedure, a device, or a mechanism that needs to land?

Send us the technique guide, the CAD, or the deck. We will come back with a scope, a schedule, and what the film has to do to be worth building.
